Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

2. Return Procedure
The buyer is obliged to inform the seller of their withdrawal from the contract without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the decision to withdraw.
The goods must be sent back to the seller's address.
The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, unless agreed otherwise.

3. Conditions for Return
The goods must be returned undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, goods cannot be returned if it was worn of the packaging has been broken. 
A proof of purchase must be included with the returned goods.

4. Refund
The seller will refund the purchase price using the same method as the original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
If the goods were damaged, the refund amount may be reduced by the value of the damage incurred.

5. Complaints of Defective Goods
The buyer can exercise rights related to defective goods for 2 years from the date of receipt.
The buyer may request repair, replacement, or a refund.
Complaints will be processed within 30 days of submission.
