Heat is not just a natural miracle. Its effects are also confirmed by clinical studies.
Clinical studies and the experiences of our customers confirm that heat helps manage pain, reduces tension in the body, and brings relief.
Our goal is to offer gentle, long-term, and sustainable support—one that respects both your body and everyday life. We know that most women can’t afford to take a few days off every month.
That’s why we provide a non-invasive solution designed to help you get through even the toughest days with support, you deserve.
How does heat and Body Moody help in practice?
-
Relieves menstrual and chronic pelvic pain
Heat relaxes the uterine muscles, eases cramps, and reduces pain.
We recommend starting heat therapy even before your period begins—this helps your body gradually relax and can prevent cramps more effectively.
At first, warm both your belly and back at the same time to release tension in your core. Later, adjust the heating to what feels best—whether that’s warming both sides together or just one: your belly or your back.
-
Relieves pain in the lower back and lumbar area
Heat increases blood circulation and relaxes tense muscles.
For back pain, we recommend starting with the back. First, at a higher temperature for 5-10 minutes, then reduce to a temperature that is comfortable in the long term and does not cause sweating.
If your pain is related to menstruation, start by warming your back and belly at the same time. Then adjust the heat to what helps you the most. -
Prevents recurrent inflammation and relieves the urge to urinate
Cold can worsen bladder irritation, while heat applied to the lower abdomen relaxes smooth muscles and eases the urge to urinate.
It also works preventively—especially for women prone to recurrent infections triggered by cold exposure.
We recommend wearing the bodysuit during travel, in air-conditioned spaces, or times of stress—when the body is more vulnerable to irritation.
-
Supports an active lifestyle and recovery
Heat helps relax your body, get moving, and feel good—whether you’re at home, in the garden, on the go, or working out.
If you’re always cold and winter makes you want to stay in, these personal heat boosters will get you out—even up to the mountains.
We recommend wearing the bodysuit on chilly walks, in the mountains, or just around the house. Simply set a lower temperature and add a layer of merino wool—this combo is priceless during winter.

Chief Physician MUDr. Martin Němec, MBA
We spoke about the effects of heat with Chief Physician MUDr. Martin Němec, MBA, who leads the accredited center for the treatment of endometriosis and pelvic health at the Frýdek-Místek hospital, in Czech Republic.
“I am very happy to recommend the heated bodysuit to patients with endometriosis as a complementary therapy. Unlike traditional heating pads, the bodysuit is mobile, so women don’t have to stay at home.
Heat can be used alongside any treatment. We know that heat applied to the lower abdomen has the same effects as pain medications.”

Mgr. Dragana Žarković, Ph.D.
The benefits of heat were also confirmed by Dr. Dragana Žarković, a physiotherapist specializing in urogynecological and anorectal issues.
She works at the Una Vida Center for Physiotherapy and Coaching, which she founded and where she leads her practice. She uses deep instrument-based heat therapy and recommends Body Moody to her patients as a practical solution for everyday use outside the clinic.
“You simply can’t take a device with you to work or on a walk.”

Women to women: Our customers say
-
End of chronic inflammation
“Every fall and winter, I used to struggle several times with bladder infections—often caused by getting cold. I got my heated bodysuit in fall 2022, and it pretty much solved my health issues for good. I think a lot of the problem was the strong worry in my head that it would end up as another infection. Now, I wouldn’t be without it for anything. I feel great in it—in every way.”

It helps me with endometriosis symptoms
“It helps me not only physically (reducing pain and discomfort) but also improves my mental well-being—I’m taking care of myself. Doing the best for myself helps ease my anxiety.”
— Aneta , 30 years old -
I appreciated the back heating
"Usually I take an average of three Ibalgins during the first two days, but this time I managed without them. The targeted heat is truly a miracle. The heating of the back is also important for me because of lower back pain. I appreciated the ability to set different temperature levels and add higher level of heat on my back. Not to mention how nice and feminine it looks. It's like my portable safe space in a beautiful package."

It helps me manage menstrual cramps
{"type":"root","children":[{"type":"paragraph","children":[{"type":"text","value":"\"I'm thrilled! I wear it wherever I go. The warmth helps me incredibly to manage cramps and I can function (relatively) normally at work. The main thing about it is that I can wear it at any time. The shape of the body suits me very well. Now, on top of that, it's incredibly comfortable for a trip to up North. I don't have to be extremely layer up and when I start to get cold, I simply put it on. So thanks for it.\"\n\n","italic":true},{"type":"text","value":" — "},{"type":"text","value":"Zuzana","bold":true},{"type":"text","value":" , 21 years old"}]}]} -
Before the bodysuit, I took up to 3 paracets day during my period.
“I’m thrilled with the bodysuit. The day after my period started, I normally feel terrible — usually taking two or three pills a day. But with the heated bodysuit, I only took one! It’s been a long time since I took just one pill on the second day. So I’m really excited.”
— Adele , 21 years old -
I am taken care of.
"A soft, warming hug exactly where you need it. It's also very discreet and you can wear it as part of an outfit - it looks and feels like something you'd actually want to wear: soft, warm and stylish. You can tell a lot of care has gone into the product and every detail has been thought out. Is it super practical, but also a bit emotional? You just feel like you're being taken care of."

It helps and gets compliments
“I’m absolutely thrilled with Body Moody! I wear it almost throughout my entire cycle, and it really helps me. On really cold days, I even wear it outside of my period just to stay warm, and that’s great too. The material is super comfortable, and so is the closure. Often, bodysuits have closures uncomfortable shape or snaps between the legs, but not this one at all. The fit is perfect, and we’ve even gotten a few compliments on it. Thank you!”

Menstrual pain and fieldwork
"Lately, the most painful days are the second or third day. This time it came on a Saturday morning and it was really tough. And of course it couldn't have come at a worse time - I'm a musician and I was supposed to play at a wedding. So I put on a bodysuit and within minutes I started to feel relief."
— Katerina -
It helped me with miscarriage, pain and uterine involution
"I bought the bodysuit to help with bladder care, but I had no idea it would also support me through another difficult experience. I lost my baby in the first trimester. At a check-up, I learned it was a silent pregnancy. With my doctor’s support, I chose to have a natural miscarriage at home. She recommended dry heat for the pain.
During the miscarriage, I used the bodysuit to apply heat alternately at different intensities to my painful lower abdomen and back. For the first time, I used the highest heat settings, which really helped ease the intense pain. I appreciated how soft it felt and how it gently hugged my belly—a comforting support for my uterus.
The bodysuit also helped when I left the house for doctor’s appointments or later trips. I used it to warm myself whenever the pain came. Along with the peace, warmth, and endless care of my partner, it made a difficult time a little easier."
— Bibiana , 30 years old -
I can hang out with my friends even during my period
“I’m absolutely thrilled with the bodysuit! What I love most is that you could borrow it and try it before buying. I was really impressed by how comfortable, functional, and easy to use it is. Thanks to the bodysuit, I was able to go play golf with my friends even during painful menstruation — something I definitely couldn’t have done without it. So, a big thank you for making this possible and for creating such a great, stylish product.”

Periods after a C-section
“If I make sure to gently warm up before my period—and especially before my worst day—the pain really fades away. Of course, I still don’t feel 100%, I do have mood swings, but without those intense cramps, everything is so much easier to handle. Plus, the heat also helps ease the occasional pain around my C-section scar.”
— Margaret , 30 years old -
I have pain and I’m always cold
“Body Moody is my lifesaver! I have very painful periods and I’m sensitive to cold — in winter, after a walk, I always needed a warm bath and would stay cold for half a day afterward. Even though I thought I’d mostly wear the bodysuit in autumn and winter, this May I wore it several times outside of my period—and I absolutely love the warmth. I often wear the Body Moody without turn on heating, I use the little pocket for my insulin pump or glucose tablets. Definitely worth the investment!”
— Karolina , 30 years old -
